Volume fits, weight doesn’t
Dense waste such as soil, rubble or wet materials may occupy little space but reach the vehicle or disposal weight limit. It may require another trip or a different collection method.
A van can be full before it reaches its safe weight limit—or reach its weight limit while there is still physical space left.

Light bulky waste such as furniture, packaging or branches may be within the weight allowance but fill the usable van space. Pricing then follows the load space required.
Disposal sites charge differently by waste stream and weight. Mixed waste, clean garden waste, wood, appliances and restricted items cannot always be treated as one load.
Prices marked TBC are waiting for the business’s confirmed rate. They are deliberately not guessed.

Waste4Space should display its Environment Agency waste carrier registration number here once supplied. In England, waste transport is covered by waste carrier registration; there are not normally separate “garden”, “general waste” or “furniture” carrier licences.
Different waste streams can still require separate handling, authorised facilities, documentation and charges. Hazardous waste is accepted only when declared and specifically confirmed.
Based on your photographs, description, estimated volume, weight, access and declared items. If any detail is missing or materially different, the estimate can change.
Confirmed after the real job and load are checked, before work begins. Once accepted, it covers the agreed scope. Extra waste, labour or undeclared items are quoted before being added.
